We need host families who will accept oversea students (8-15 years old) from Japan who will be attending Stanford University’s summer camp in July and August 2024.

Host family requirements:
- Families with children up to the age of 18 (even if you do not have children, please contact us if you meet the following requirements).
- A family that can treat students just like their own family.
- Can provide a private room.
- A family where English is the primary language spoken.
- A home that is positive about cross-cultural exchange and actively involved with the child.
Host family responsibilities:
- Meal preparation (breakfast, dinner).
- Transportation to and from the summer camp (Stanford University).
- Airport transportation if necessary.
2024 Host family Schedule
You do not have to accommodate all schedules, so please choose a time that suits your schedule from the list below.
7 nights 8 days $700 USD

Transportation to and from the summer camp (Stanford University).
② 7/28 (Sun）PM Check in – 8/4 (Sun) AM check out
Transportation to and from the summer camp (Stanford University).
③ 8/4 (Sun）PM Check in – 8/11 (Sun) AM check out
Transportation to and from the summer camp (Stanford University).
*All students will be participating in the San Francisco tour throughout the entire day on Saturday. Dinner with host family.
2 nights 3 days 250＄ USD
① 7/26 (Fri) Pick Up student from Stanford Uni, Checkin – 7/28 (Sun) AM check out (Drop Off at SFO International Airport)
② 8/2 (Fri) Pick Up student from Stanford Uni, Checkin – 8/4 (Sun) AM check out (Drop Off at SFO International Airport)
③ 8/9 (Fri) Pick Up student from Stanford Uni, Checkin – 8/11 (Sun) AM check out (Drop Off at SFO International Airport)
